The bad – Until she repeatedly said “And I was like…” “And he was like…”

The ugly – I must be getting old

 

Several months ago, I sat in the reception area at the corporate headquarters of an international company. I arrived early for a scheduled meeting, had checked in with the receptionist, and was instructed to sit and wait until the person with whom I was to meet was ready for me.

Terror Strikes Mumbai, India

The good – Nothing

The bad – A small army of well-armed terrorists launched coordinated attacks on 10 sites in Mumbai

The ugly – At least 195 dead, 300 wounded

 

The terrorists arrived in Mumbai by boat on Wednesday, November 26, 2008. The siege ended Saturday, November 29, 2008. The attackers seem to have ties to Pakistan.

The good – I got this blog up and running

The bad – Since this is my first blog, and thus my first experience with WordPress, it took me all day to get it going

The ugly – I had to miss watching some football to get this done

 

This blog still looks pretty ugly, as I haven’t had time to tweak it. And there’s not much content here, yet. But, all that will change, as I find time to learn about WordPress, and work on this blog.
